1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the zk99 platform at zk99.fun, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon completing the account registration process.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the zk99 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the zk99 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited by the laws or regulations of your country of residence from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
• Does not hold any other zk99 account that is currently active or was previously terminated.

Each user is permitted to have only one active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

Zk99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including submission of a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents. This process is mandatory and is intended to protect the security of your account and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.

3User Responsibilities

As a zk99 member, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring no unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the zk99 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or impair the platform's operations or other users' experience.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction; the maximum limit depends on your account level.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• ZK99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own fees that are beyond our control.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Valid wins may be withdrawn at any time subject to the following conditions having been met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your zk99 account.

Withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 15 minutes for most payment methods. In cases requiring additional review, the process may take up to 24 hours. zk99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new user.

• Bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.

7Game Rules and Fairness

In the event of a technical failure or system interruption during gameplay:
